1. Processing Times

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: (e.g., standard candles, pre-made art) Orders are processed and shipped within [e.g., 2–4] business days.

  • Made-to-Order & Custom Items: (e.g., custom crochet, commissioned art) These items are handmade specifically for you. Please allow [e.g., 2–4 weeks] for production before your item is shipped.

  • Note: Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Methods

We ship via [Delhivery]. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.

  • Domestic Shipping: Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days once the package is with the carrier.

  • Local Pickup: If you are local to [Bangalore], you may select "Local Pickup" at checkout to skip shipping costs. We will contact you to coordinate a safe pickup.

3. Special Candle Shipping (Summer/Heat Policy)

Because wax has a low melting point, we take extra precautions during warmer months (May–September) or when shipping to hot climates:

  • Shipping Schedule: To prevent candles from sitting in hot warehouses over the weekend, we only ship candle orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.

4. International Shipping

  • Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties levied by their country.

  • 2025 Compliance: All international candle shipments are labeled with the required HS Code (3406.00) to ensure smooth customs clearance.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

We pack our fragile glass candles and delicate art with extreme care. However, if your order arrives damaged:

  • Step 1: Take a video while opening the package.

  • Step 2: Take photos of the damaged item and the packaging.

  • Step 4: We will work with you to file a claim with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund.

  • We are not responsible for packages stolen after a confirmed delivery.

6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the item.
